The Inception of IA-Meetings
The foundation of IA-Meetings was laid with a vision to redefine event management. In 2001, we achieved a major milestone by organizing our first global event with WHO, showcasing our ability to deliver excellence on the international stage.
Expanding Horizons
We diversified our expertise, signing a significant contract with UNICEF and specializing in the development sector. This period also marked our entry into organizing events for government sectors, industrial associations, medical associations, and the international market.
Strategic Growth and Milestones
This phase marked a period of rapid achievements and strategic decisions. We celebrated organizing 500 conferences, partnered with CVENT as our technology provider, and integrated Salesforce into our operations. A strategic shift saw our head office move from Delhi to Gurgaon, accompanied by a change in brand identity. During this time, our efforts were recognized with accolades on stage and applause, underscoring the results we delivered and the trust we earned from clients and industry peers.
Going Global
Our expansion gained momentum as we established regional offices in Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai. We took a significant leap by opening our first international office in Vancouver, Canada, and forming global partnerships in Croatia and South Africa. With IAPCO membership, we cemented our position as a global leader in the MICE industry.

Redefining Global Excellence
This period marked significant transformation for IA-Meetings. We expanded globally with offices in Singapore, Dubai, and London, while partnering with leading organizations across aviation, healthcare, education, and technology sectors. Milestone events like IFATCA, UITP Congress, and NIEC showcased our expertise in precision planning. We diversified into association management services, further enhancing client value, and strengthened our industry leadership by representing IA-Meetings at global tradeshows such as IMEX and IBTM.
